Tempura of Soft shell crab with Kemangi Butter Sauce, Watercress

Honestly, I was always hesitate to eat soft shell crabs.

Where you can eat the whole crabs! whole like whole!

well, when you eat normal crabs you're left the shell since its hard to be swallowed.

its usually takes so many efforts to eat a normal crab...

but this Tempura Soft shell crabs is heaven! 

I barely felt the shell, its like a crispy tempura!

crunchy and soft inside... 

well mixture with the sauce, local taste and nice choice, Kemangi butter sauce

s' so finger lickin gooooodddd!!!!
