Quiche Eater

So there was a popular term quiche-eater, meaning a man who is a dilettante, a trend-chaser, an over-anxious conformist to fashionable forms of 'lifestyle', and socially correct behaviors and opinions, one who eschews (or merely lacks) the traditional masculine virtue of tough self-assurance.

It was also said that the quiche-eater expression survives in computer programming circles, where it means a person far removed from practice and concerned only with academic matters, unwilling to "get their hands dirty". Being humorous in nature, it is usually a fairly mild insult.

Well let's not think to far, am a quiche-eater at today's friday-lazy-brunch overlooking Seminyak Beach..just a small quiche though. Which successfully made my tummy full till dusk! wooofff...that's a hint!

This French Cuisine is an oven-baked dish made with eggs and milk or cream in a pastry crust. Usually, the pastry shell is blind-baked before the other ingredients are added. Other ingredients such as cooked chopped meat, vegetables, or cheese are often added to the egg mixture before the quiche is baked. No wonder it's soooooo fatty! hey wait, I did not see the egg was mentioned on the menu book.

Blue clear sky, windy, relax beach and free brunch ha-ha. It was good though, thanks to the team who made such an effort!
